Trio of Artisan Biscuits

At Robineau we handmake our biscuits with all butter recipes that melt in the mouth. 

This parcel has three favourites…Our Chocolate and Almond Macaroons, a hand piped macaroon mix with ground almonds, egg whites and sugar baked until golden brown in the oven and when cool, sandwiched together with moorish chocolate buttercream. Our shortbread rounds have a festive twist with orange confit and a sprinkle of cinnamon. The third biscuit is our Madagascan rounds, with lots of vanilla, edged in demerara sugar before being baked.
