Our philosophy is very simple. We only use English heritage and ancient wheats. We work in partnership with organic farmers. We pay them fairly and realistically. We mill the grains they grow into flour on our premises. We make all of our own products. We only use other ethically sourced, natural ingredients.
Made with tasty organically grown heritage and ancient UK wheats. Milled by us in our stone mill, sieved fine - but NOT white - added to our soft South Devon water.
Great Taste awards in 2021 and 2022… awaiting 2023 results. Robust and slightly nutty.
