Our opening times are Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 10am to 4pm and 10am to 5pm on Saturdays. 

Our Café serves Breakfast from 10am and lunch from noon until 2pm (until 3pm on Saturdays) and serves Afternoon Tea from 12 noon.

Ashcombe is a smooth and supple cheese, with a striking line of ash running through the middle.

Inspired by the classic French cheese Morbier, but made in the rolling hills of the Cotswolds. Ashcombe is a smooth and supple cheese, with a striking line of ash running through the middle. The paste brings rich notes of hazelnuts, while the rind can offer more savoury tones. An Anglo-French fusion with real je ne sais quoi.

Winner of Best English Cheese, Best Farmhouse Cheese, Best New Cheese, Best Washed Rind Cheese, and Supreme Champion at the Artisan Cheese Awards 2021.

*A whole Ashcombe weighs 6kg. Smaller weights are a cut of a whole cheese. 

Ingredients: Pasteurised Cow’s Milk, Sea Salt, Starter Culture, Animal Rennet, Calcium Chloride, Lysozyme (egg derivative), Vegetable Carbon (Wood Ash)
