Our famed chocolate gateau using layers of chocolate sponge and dark chocolate ganache is quite simply mouth-watering. Our ganache is made with fresh cream and dark chocolate (min. 55% cocoa solids).
3 tiers of 10", 8" and 6" rounds, this one is made extra special with the addition of our hand made macaroons in your choice of our current seasonal flavours: Our current flavours are Caramel & Walnut (mustard yellow), Berry & Cherry (pink) and Milk Chocolate (brown) and Passion Fruit & Lime (green).
Finished with a chocolate tag and inscription of your choice.
